Cirencester tonight
If you happen to be passing through Cirencester later on today, pop into the public library where I shall be giving a short introductory talk on Gurney at 7.30pm as part of the celebrations to mark the first birthday of the refurbishment of the library. See you there!
Philip is cataloguing the Gurney archive and, with Prof. Tim Kendall, is transcribing and editing Gurney's complete poetry for Oxford University Press. Philip has also worked extensively on Gurney's music, preparing scores for performance, recording and publication.
